Answer: "Reserve credits are non-refundable if you cancel your membership. However, credits do carry over month to month and you have 6 months to use them, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the benefits before they expire."
Answer: "Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect with your next billing cycle. Any unused service allowances don't carry over, but your Reserve credits stay with you."
